THIS IS NOT another boring "whiteboard workshop!" This is a hands on, fully human experience built around connection, movement, play, and real-life reps. It's a place to learn and practice the hard conversations most of us were never taught to have.
Finally! This is not just information. This is integration. You won’t just talk about boundaries. You’ll practice them out loud in real time, so the words actually live in your body when you leave. WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING: “I’m more confident in speaking my truth, and it all flows from there. I’m more relaxed and open; calm and centered. It radiates. It’s huge.” -Anna B.
“I felt out of control in how I was loving others and myself. I didn’t want to feel that way anymore. I now relate to my boundaries as being within me, not outside of me. I understand now that I am truly in control when it comes to how I react.” -D’Onta P. “This was an eye-opening and deeply enriching experience for me. I’m now checking in with myself and making sure that I am not violating my own boundaries in situations where before I would just people-please.” -Alina P.
“One of my biggest gains has been a sense of greater control over myself and my situation.” -Krista R. YOUR
